Availability varies by season. I recommend booking early, especially during peak summer and winter months.

Most sessions take between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the size of the home and selected package.

How many photos will I receive?

 

The final number of images varies based on the package selected and the size of the property.

Each gallery includes enough professionally edited images to fully showcase the home, layout, and key amenities without overwhelming potential guests.

What is your turnaround time?

 

Most galleries are delivered within 24–48 hours, with many completed sooner.

Do you help with staging?

 

Yes. I provide light staging during every shoot, including furniture adjustments, décor placement, and small styling changes as needed.

For best results, the home should be clean and guest-ready prior to arrival.

Do I need to be present during the shoot?

 

No — most clients are not present.

​

As long as I have access instructions and the home is prepared, I can photograph the property independently and lock up when finished.

What should be done to prepare the home?

 

Before the shoot, I recommend:

• Cleaning the home as if preparing for guests
   

• Clearing countertops and nightstands

​

• Removing personal items where possible

Do you photograph hot tubs and amenities?

 

Yes. Hot tubs, fireplaces, decks, views, and key amenities are included when accessible and in safe operating condition.

Please ensure hot tubs are clean and free of covers prior to arrival.

Do you offer drone photography?

How will I receive my photos?

 

Images are delivered via a private online gallery where you can download high-resolution and web-optimized files.

The gallery makes sharing with owners, property managers, and marketing teams easy.

Can I use the photos for Airbnb, VRBO, and marketing?

 

Your photography includes standard usage rights for vacation rental listings and marketing related to the property.​

Photos may not be resold or transferred to third parties without written permission.

Do you work with property management companies?

 

Yes. I regularly work with property management companies and offer consistent photography across portfolios, as well as discounted pricing for multi-property clients.

How do I book a session?

What happens if the weather is bad?

 

If weather conditions significantly impact exterior photography, we can reschedule or capture exterior images at a later date when conditions improve.

Deposit and payment details will be provided at the time of booking. Final images are delivered once payment is received.
